“I would like to thank everyone who supported me on my 7th year of participating in the ride.  This year over $2 million was  raised to grant wishes for children with life threatening conditions. Make-A-Wish Foundation is a great organization that supports families who really are in need. After my niece Lily was a ‘wish child’ I know first hand how much the wishes are appreciated and help the families deal with trying to overcome what was unfairly dealt to them.  In Lily’s case she is doing wonderful seven years after being diagnosed  and treated  with several surgeries and Chemotherapy for Osteosarcoma ( bone cancer).”
